Cheat

It has been brought to my attention by a blog reader who shall remain nameless, that the photo I posted of myself with no make-up last week, was cheating. Now I fully admit that it was slightly retouched using the magic of the Instagram iPhone app, but the only thing I altered was the photo filter, not me or my unmade-up face! However in the interests of full disclosure, I thought it was for the best to put up another photo, this one was taken in New York last year after a day spent walking round Central Park in -3°C, so any make-up I started off with had long since worn off!

Once again, feel free to enjoy my pasty white English skin in all its glory, my natural colouring is white, which changes to red in the sunshine and then off-white afterwards and I don't think there's a brand of make-up that's been invented to deal with that, so for now I will carry on with the au natural look!

NB That giant strawberry margarita was the most delicious drink in the whole of New York City, and I would sell my cat right now for another one. (Not really Max, but don't tempt me!)
